FP&A Analyst 1

Overview

FP&A Analyst 1 to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

What you'll do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate financial inputs for planning activities.
• Prepare forecast variance analyses and support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Analyze revenue, headcount, utilization, pricing, and expense trends.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive summaries.
• Support development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives for planning and reporting.

What you'll need

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and work with large datasets.
• Education: CA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent degree (Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Analytics major preferred).
