Financial Analyst, FP&A

Overview

Financial Analyst (FP&A) responsible for budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and month-close reporting for Cytiva’s finance function in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Own budgeting and monthly forecasting activities.
• Perform variance analysis and investigative analysis vs budgets/forecast/results.
• Run month close and publish reports including Bowler, dashboard, and P&L reports.
• Provide analytics on financial performance drivers and business performance.
• Lead analytics around high-impact costs such as headcount and contractors.
• Create and maintain FP&A SOPs and participate in simplification projects for capacity.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of progressive finance experience.
• Analytical ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
• Strong PC skills including Excel/spreadsheets.
• Experience with financial systems/applications including OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, or Qlik.
• Education includes B.Com, MBA, CA, or CMA.
• Experience in a global environment with understanding of global processes/transaction flows.
• Adaptable/flexible in ambiguous situations with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
