Financial Analyst - CAS

Overview

Financial Analyst role supporting Cost Accounting Solutions at Flex in Chennai, focused on finance workflow automation, data integrity and finance systems integration.

What you'll do

• Aid in developing and implementing automation for financial workflows.
• Ensure accuracy and security of financial data across systems.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate finance systems with other business applications.
• Support the finance team with dashboards, BI tools and data analysis.
• Ensure systems comply with regulatory standards (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
• Provide technical support for IT issues in functional automations.

What you'll need

• B.Com, BBA, MBA, B.Com CA, M.Com or MBA.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and financial software.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good team player and ability to work in a complex work environment.
