Financial Analyst ( Compliance Testing )

Overview

Financial Analyst role supporting 401(K) plan administration by processing loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, and valuation imports.

What you'll do

• Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team.
• Process loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, and valuation imports based on admin/client support team requirements.
• Deliver set expectations for key business metrics including productivity, volume count and quality.
• Review process.
• Accurately process high volume within the specified time frame.
• Identify issues or problems related to processes and cascade them to the respective team lead.

What you'll need

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background.
• Brief understanding of the financial services industry, specifically 401(K) plan administration.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a result-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Should be a self-learner.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Good knowledge of reconciliation concepts.
• Flexibility in work culture: should be flexible in day/night shift based on business requirement.

Nice to have

• Good working knowledge of Excel.
