Overview

Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst within Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes through operational data collection, analysis and transaction reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports and conduct analysis to help determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions.
• Handle financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Solve lower-complexity problems through analysis.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors, with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Domain understanding in Controllership/Core finance (RTR)/FP&A.
• Experience on period end close.
• Ability to manage annual plan, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good understanding of P&L, B/S and Cash flow (all 3 financial statements).
• Good knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent in MS Office.
• Experience to work in 3rd party culture.
• Okay to work in flexi / night shifts.
• SAP/SAP-HANA.
