Forward Deployed AI Strategist {Chennai}

Overview

Lead customer-facing AI transformation projects by understanding business needs and designing scalable agent-based solutions on DevRev’s platform.

What you'll do

• Understand customer domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs.
• Design AI workflows, agents, skills, and integrations.
• Advise customer stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Translate requirements between pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams.
• Oversee implementation with Applied AI engineers.
• Support pre-sales scoping, technical requirements, feasibility, and effort estimates.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting for enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and pipelines.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans.
• Experience managing solution tracks, timelines, OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe.
