Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. Support critical business systems by troubleshooting incidents, monitoring applications, and improving reliability.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
• Apply GenAI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate insights into enterprise workflows.
• Organize AI workflow and architecture deployments across technology platforms.
• Facilitate solution design across enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents.
• Monitor and maintain systems to support reliability and performance.
• Document solutions and communicate issue-resolution updates to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• 15 years of full-time education.
