AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise software using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Diagnose application issues, improve reliability, and apply AI-driven solutions to business workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery for complex business challenges.
• Apply Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across critical business system components.
• Monitor and maintain applications to support reliability and performance.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
• Communicate with stakeholders about needs and issue-resolution progress.
• Contribute to application-support best practices and team solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and modern programming languages and frameworks.
• 15 years of full-time education.
