AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop, and support enterprise software using Generative and Agentic AI, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Service Management and application reliability.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery for business challenges.
• Use GenAI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate insights into workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across critical business systems.
• Monitor and maintain applications to support reliability and performance.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
• Communicate with stakeholders about needs and issue resolution.
• Contribute to application support best practices and team solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• 15 years of full-time education.
