Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. Support critical business applications by diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and improving system reliability.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery for complex business challenges.
• Integrate AI workflows and architectures across enterprise technology platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve application support issues and incidents.
• Monitor and maintain systems to support application reliability and performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders about needs and issue-resolution updates.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
• Contribute to application-support best practices and team problem-solving.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfilment processes.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• 15 years of full-time education.
