Software Engineer III, Digital Enablement

Overview

Software Engineer III for Sandvik’s Digital Enablement team, focused on designing, developing, administering, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test software to resolve defects and deliver user stories.
• Monitor system performance, run regular audits, and apply updates.
• Coordinate with engineers to implement requested changes.
• Conduct code and/or technical reviews.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for development.
• Support integration of an acquired company to Mastercam processes from a compliance and financial controls perspective.

What you'll need

• 6–9 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in declarative development (fields, objects, flows, permissions).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices.
• Experience with source control, peer reviews, and unit testing.
• Experience with agile software development.
