Software Engineer II, Digital Enablement

Overview

Software Engineer II for Digital Enablement responsible for developing and testing software to implement user stories and resolve defects, with a focus on integrating an acquired company into Mastercam from a compliance and financial controls perspective.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test software for defect resolution and user story implementation.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement updates to maintain functionality.
• Coordinate with other engineers to decide how to implement requested changes.
• Conduct code and/or technical reviews and share knowledge with others.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for software development.
• Integrate an acquired company into Mastercam per program and processes from a compliance and financial controls perspective.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in declarative development (fields, objects, flows, permissions).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices.
• Experience with source control, peer reviews, and unit testing.
• Experience with agile software development; Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required.
