Forward Deployed Engineer – Software Engineer responsible for end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams.
• Use coding and technical skills to solve complex problems for customers.

What you'll need

• Experience working with customers (student clubs or side projects acceptable).
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and APIs integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions using logic.
• Fluency in English and Polish, with understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

Details

• Remote-first role executable from anywhere in Poland, with preference for Warsaw.
• Expect regular travel for customer onsite visits.
