Overview

Founding Software Engineer to build large-scale search and customer-facing products for clinical reasoning on proprietary hospital/clinic data.

What you'll do

• Work on large scale search systems using proprietary clinical data to surface insights for doctors.
• Build semantic search on large unstructured datasets.
• Contribute to customer-facing products as part of a fast-moving team.
• Own product design end to end.
• Take open-ended problems from question to working model with minimal predefined structure.
• Write up findings as technical reports and papers.

What you'll need

• Minimum two years of experience deploying production systems.
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Energized by open-ended problems and ambiguity.
• Takes ownership without needing to be guided.
• Prefers a startup environment where speed and ambiguity are defaults.

Nice to have

• Prior founder or founding-engineer experience.
• Strong product taste.
• Built LLM-powered products before.
• Ambition to start your own company someday (support offered).
