Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R 4B

Overview

Front Line Manager for the Finance and Accounting R2R (Record to Report) function, leading multiple stakeholders and managing month-end close and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple stakeholders
• Ensure smooth month end close and reporting every month
• Ensure adherence to and meeting of KPIs / SLAs, and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness
• Lead all process update calls with customers whenever required

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Masters in Finance
• Required skills: Client Relations, Financial Analysis Reporting, Intercompany Accounting, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Record To Report (R2R), Risk Management
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2), required

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
