FSP Associate Contract Specialist/Contract Specialist

Overview

Support clinical study site contracts by drafting, negotiating, processing, and finalizing agreements with sites and principal investigators. The role is available at Associate Contract Specialist and Contract Specialist levels.

What you'll do

• Draft, execute, and process contracts and related documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned sites.
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms within approved parameters.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and recommendations for out-of-parameter changes.
• Monitor and report contract progress to the Site Contract Manager.
• Upload finalized contractual documents to eTMF and support eTMF quality control.
• Track negotiation points and follow up on outstanding agreement issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Associate level: comparable experience of 2 years.
• Contract Specialist level: comparable experience of 2–5 years.
• Understanding of contract law and business, intellectual property, tax, and stamp laws affecting contract language.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contract provisions and budget issues with appropriate oversight.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
