Overview

Full stack Application Chapter Lead to manage and develop a team while delivering expert application and system development, integration, and performance improvements.

What you'll do

• Hire, evaluate, supervise, and train team members; set performance standards and review performance.
• Partner with product and functional leads to ensure development resources align with strategic goals.
• Lead system analysis, design, development, implementation of applications and databases; integrate third-party products.
• Identify solutions, approve technical approaches, and resolve complex technical issues using root cause analysis.
• Oversee API and service integration and guide troubleshooting to improve backend operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project issues; estimate tasks and costs and evaluate change request impacts.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years hands-on application development.
• 5+ years hands-on development in application development, system architecture, and software engineering.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT, BCA, or a Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with React JS/React Native (or similar frontend frameworks).
• Proficiency in Python for application development and automation.
