Senior Production Support & Enhancement Engineer - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Overview

Senior Production Support & Enhancement Engineer for Java/Oracle enterprise systems, covering development/enhancement and L2/L3 production support.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and enhance Java-based enterprise applications and backend services.
• Implement new features and custom change requests aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred).
• Write and maintain SQL/PL-SQL queries, stored procedures, and Oracle database objects.
• Provide production support by monitoring applications, analyzing logs, and resolving incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for production issues.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning).
• Experience in REST API development and backend services.
• Experience in application production support, including incident management, RCA, and SLA handling.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with Git and Maven.
