Overview

What you'll do

• Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience to backend code.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive system features spanning the user interface to backend infrastructure.
• Apply emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that enhance client services.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to align with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Proficiency in Applications Architecture.
• Proficiency in Java Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
