Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Senior Python and AI Engineer role focused on designing and developing scalable AI-powered applications, responsible for end-to-end feature development from user experience to backend code.

What you'll do

• Develop and/or engineer end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
• Deliver innovative solutions that help clients improve the services they provide, using a cloud first and agile mindset.
• Leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems.
• Develop Python APIs and backend services.
• Develop AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions and integrate AI models with enterprise applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• 8–10 years of strong experience in Python development, including API and backend development.
• Python (Programming Language) as a must-have skill.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and AI/ML solutions.
• Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions and integrating AI models with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, REST APIs, microservices, Git and CI/CD.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Generative AI as a good-to-have skill.
• Understanding of Google Cloud, Vertex AI, Gemini or similar AI platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), including hands-on experience building agents, tools, workflows or multi-agent solutions.
