Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Intermediate Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain web applications for an Employer of Record platform in a remote-first, high-ownership environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Build back-end services using Java or Python frameworks.
• Design and maintain well-structured, scalable APIs supporting front-end and back-end functionality.
• Participate in the full implementation cycle from design to rollout.
• Write unit and integration tests for software reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineers and a Product Manager to plan and implement new features.
• Use AI coding tools and validate generated code using sound judgment.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of web application development experience across front-end and back-end.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for modern web applications.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python with its frameworks for back-end services.
• Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Good knowledge of CSS and UI development practices.
• Clear written communication for remote asynchronous collaboration.
