Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Engineer to lead and mentor a backend/Dell Boomi Integration team, define architecture and engineering practices, and deliver scalable integrations and microservices for travel booking and operational workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor backend and Dell Boomi Integration engineers to deliver software solutions.
• Define technical architecture and design patterns for mid, back office, and Boomi integration systems.
• Drive technical decision-making, development guidelines, and code reviews to meet coding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and customers on technical roadmap planning and designs.
• Develop Dell Boomi integrations, backend services, and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect scalable microservices and optimize PostgreSQL performance and data models.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS ROSA and manage EC2 instances; resolve complex production issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s in Technology with minimum 10 years of professional Java development.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and advanced programming concepts.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and enterprise Java patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.
• Extensive AWS experience, particularly ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) and EC2.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture at scale.
