Overview

Build production-grade, AI-native product workflows across frontend, backend, and AI integrations. The role focuses on reliable agent behavior, real-time interactions, and multi-step task completion.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure, and recovery.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable systems.
• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming and partial results.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship features.
• Iterate using real-world usage and failure modes.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in full stack engineering across frontend and backend.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions amid ambiguity.
• Strong ownership from feature idea through production.
• Comfort working with evolving requirements.
