Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Engineer role responsible for developing and/or engineering end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code, with a cloud-first and agile approach.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Experience working within agile development environments.
