Full Stack Engineers - Manager

Overview

Lead client support work in data and analytics engineering as a Full Stack Engineers - Manager, helping design and develop data solutions that turn raw data into usable insights and support informed decision-making. Guide teams, coach junior staff, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and contribute to full stack solutions, analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization for complex business problems.

What you'll do

• Lead full stack engineering workstreams that apply data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to client challenges.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones across multiple data and analytics initiatives.
• Coach team members on statistical analysis, predictive modeling, data modeling, and data pipeline development.
• Review technical solutions for data quality, scalability, and alignment to business requirements.
• Develop and deploy analytics workflows, automation solutions, and digital tooling to support client outcomes.
• Translate complex data findings into clear visualizations, insights, and recommendations for business leaders.
• Guide the use of programming languages, cloud platforms, and machine learning libraries in solution design.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve technical issues, and escalate blockers when needed.
• Validate adherence to technical standards, code quality practices, and responsible AI methods.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and collaborative ways of working across engagement teams.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Systems Engineering.
