Full Stack Java Developer

Overview

Develop and support full-stack Java applications, web features, and infrastructure based on client and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, debug, and maintain software applications and web-based features.
• Test and validate applications, data services, and mobile applications.
• Integrate third-party services and mobile applications with other systems.
• Write technical documentation and document testing results.
• Automate testing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure solution performance, availability, stability, and on-time feature delivery.

What you'll need

• Software development experience.
• Experience with Java or another modern programming language and object-oriented design.
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Core Java and frameworks such as Spring or JPA.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and basic shell programming.
• Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, distributed systems, and CI/CD tools.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
• Experience with Python, Kubernetes, and a cloud provider such as AWS or Azure.
