Java Full Stack Developer - Tech Lead

Overview

Senior hands-on Java & React developer/tech lead role to analyze, design, develop, and maintain web-based client/server software.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and develop solutions within an agile team.
• Maintain and support existing software applications.
• Consult with technical, SQA, and business analysts on functional specifications.
• Design and build reusable UI components and backend code.
• Write database queries/stored procedures with performance tuning.
• Independently analyze requirements, complete coding, and perform unit testing.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of experience developing with Java/J2EE.
• Expert knowledge of core Java (version 8+), concurrency, and JDBC.
• Experience with React JS and REST web services.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and data modeling/database development.
• Familiarity with Linux OS environment.
• Experience with Git; knowledge of MQ/Kafka.

Nice to have

• Cloud development knowledge (Azure/AWS).
• Tomcat server experience.
• Veracode and Blackduck issue mitigation knowledge.
• Knowledge of financial market domain (Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income).
