Full Stack - Scrum Master Lead

Overview

Lead development of scalable Java full-stack software components in an agile, international team, covering Spring Boot backends and React frontends.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot backend features.
• Design, develop, and maintain React frontend features.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Review code and solve technical problems with the team.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Help define and improve software integration and testing strategies.

What you'll need

• 10–12 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency with React and Spring Boot.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile processes, and software development lifecycle methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with test-driven development.
• Understanding of object-oriented concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience preparing technical documentation.
• Experience setting up GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
