Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Overview

Full-time frontline merchandiser responsible for executing Nabisco brand displays, stocking and ordering product, and maintaining in-store relationships in assigned retail locations.

What you'll do

• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stock shelves and move product from stock rooms to the store floor, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying.

What you'll need

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Nice to have

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous retail or grocery experience.

Details

• Location: Pickerington, OH (primary); Canal Winchester, OH (secondary). Must live within 25-35 miles of the primary location.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start time 7:00 AM.
• Employment type: Full-time, hourly; compensation $16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on relevant experience.
• Mileage reimbursed according to company policy.
