Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Overview

Full-time hourly merchandiser for Nabisco brands, responsible for in-store merchandising, shelf and display maintenance, and ordering product for Mondelēz brands at assigned stores.

What you'll do

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees to fulfill merchandising needs of customers.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize shelf visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

What you'll need

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location, West St. Paul, MN (secondary location: Woodbury, MN).

Nice to have

• Previous retail or grocery experience.

• Schedule availability required: Sunday through Thursday.
• Start time: 06:00 AM to 08:00 AM.
• Hourly compensation of $17.00 to $19.50 based on relevant experience.
• Mileage reimbursed according to company policy.
