Sales Trainee – Access Equipment

Overview

Sales Trainee role supporting JLG’s North American Field Sales team through rotations across sales and business functions. The role develops customer relationships and sales capabilities and includes substantial travel.

What you'll do

• Rotate through inside sales, field aftermarket, whole goods sales, marketing, finance, purchasing, and manufacturing.
• Enter orders and handle customer calls with the inside sales team.
• Coordinate company activities as a liaison for the sales team.
• Align with sales team members on customer and regional needs or trends.
• Enter customer information and configure machines with sales representatives.
• Analyze regional sales and order-book entries for forecasting input.
• Handle assigned administrative tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to travel 50–70%.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software applications.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong customer focus and a consultative approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.

Details

• Remote, Texas, United States.
• Pay range: $51,400–$79,200 per year.
• Work includes office, field, and production environments.
