Sales Trainee - Access Equipment - Southeast

Overview

Sales Trainee role in JLG’s North American Field Sales team, designed to build sales knowledge through rotations across multiple departments and customer-facing work.

What you'll do

• Rotate through Inside Sales, Field Aftermarket, Whole Goods Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Enter orders and handle customer calls with the inside sales team.
• Coordinate sales-related activities across departments.
• Align with sales team members on customer and regional needs.
• Enter customer information and configure machines with sales representatives.
• Analyze regional sales and order entries to support forecasting.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to travel 50–70%.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and web-based software applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong customer focus and a consultative approach.
