Overview

Sales Manager NAFTA Composite Materials role within Arxada's Microbial Control Solutions business, driving growth across the North American composites market and supporting customers in the electronics and industrial sectors.

What you'll do

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets across assigned NAFTA territories and key accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships within the composites, electronics, and industrial markets.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, providing solutions that address both immediate and long-term business needs.
• Identify and execute strategies to increase market penetration and expand Arxada's presence in targeted segments.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and drive opportunities to successful closure.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need

• MBA, or MSc combined with strong commercial acumen and relevant industry experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, key account management, distributor management, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and successfully negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of industrial value chains and the ability to translate market insights into business growth opportunities.
• Proven customer-focused mindset with strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and cultures.
• Fluent English language skills.

• Location: Morristown, NJ, United States (remote).
• Willingness to travel within North America.
• Eligible for a short-term incentive bonus.
• Expected salary range: $90,000 - $110,000.
