Functional Consultant, Salesforce Core

Overview

Functional Consultant for Salesforce Core, leading client implementation projects focused on on-platform configuration of Salesforce Sales/Service/Loyalty solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish with the client and project team.
• Drive on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions.
• Design Salesforce core solutions for Sales, Service, and Loyalty Management needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on platform customization, development, and data migration practices.
• Create diagrams and flowcharts (e.g., current/future state, data model, entity relationship).
• Analyze complex business processes and propose improvements to optimize Salesforce.
• Manage adherence to best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional.
• 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• Previous experience implementing custom Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian suite (or comparable tools) for backlog management and documentation.
• Must work well with clients and internal teams, showing leadership and strong client management skills.
• Required certifications: at least one of Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Developer.
