Overview
Associate in Fund Accounting Oversight within BlackRock’s Global Accounting and Product Services (FAO) team, supporting fund and product operations across multiple investment mandates.
What you'll do
- Coordinate fund accounting and valuation oversight for AMRS/EMEA portfolios, iShares, and Bitcoin CIFs.
- Produce daily IBOR accounting valuations and portfolio returns to support fund businesses.
- Oversee reconciliation activities, including holdings/market value reconciliations using Aladdin.
- Review fund performance against benchmarks and oversee fund expenses.
- Support new fund and share class launches, including product, regulatory, operational, and fee requirements.
- Perform quality control checks on regulatory costs, product data, regulatory disclosures, and MiFID/PRIIPs data consistency.
- Work with upstream teams and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely regulatory activities.
What you'll need
- 4-8 years of experience in investment products, reporting within a financial services environment.
- Proven experience in performance measurement, fund accounting and/or operations.
- Strong organization, communication, writing, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; working knowledge of SQL and VBA is desirable.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes with aptitude for data analysis and problem solving.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze relevant information to make sound decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree experience is preferred.

- Hybrid work model: required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
