Fund Administration & Oversight Manager

Overview

Fund Administration & Oversight Manager to oversee real estate investment and joint venture accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance, and to lead process improvements and team scaling efforts.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting for real estate investments and joint ventures.
• Manage portfolio accountants and conduct property-level financial reviews.
• Review acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions.
• Review fund consolidations and client reporting.
• Lead year-end audits and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and reporting obligations.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of real estate portfolio accounting experience.
• CPA, CA-India, CMA-India, or ACCA qualification.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
