Overview
Hydro-Mechanical Accessory Systems Engineer for industrial gas turbine packages to support Package & Systems Development and NPI (India) team.
What you'll do
- Lead design and development of hydro-mechanical accessory systems from concept through production release.
- Perform system definition, component selection, sizing, and hydraulic design calculations.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation including P&IDs, schematics, drawings, BOMs, calculations, and test reports.
- Support NPI activities such as design reviews, prototyping, testing, validation, production readiness, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate across electrical, controls, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, service, and project engineering teams for integration.
- Provide technical support during build, installation, commissioning, field operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct design/architecture reviews, assess design risks, and support reliability and safety compliance including root-cause analysis.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of relevant experience in hydro-mechanical, hydraulic, fluid, or mechanical accessory system design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience with industrial gas turbine packages, package systems, or comparable rotating equipment applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and sizing hydraulic equipment or devices.
- Experience in system design, reliability analysis, design validation, and safety compliance.
- Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, schematics, specifications, and technical reports.

- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Onsite work: five days a week.
