Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Manufacturing Engineer role focused on engineering documentation, GMP-compliant process instructions, safety/quality systems adherence, and structured problem solving. You will work with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams, including vendors, to support day-to-day operations and business targets.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to deliver business objectives.
• Update engineering documentation through OnePLM.
• Create work instructions or local procedures based on business priorities.
• Support safety documentation updates per site safety requirements.
• Develop SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current GMP.
• Perform structured problem solving and interface with cross-functional teams and 3rd-party vendors.
• Provide out-of-hours support as required by management and enforce EHS requirements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of work experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Process improvement orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work autonomously; flexible team-player approach.

Nice to have

• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CNC experience as an advantage.
