GBS SME 2, International Payroll (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST)

Overview

SME for International Payroll to expand the payroll team and support global (EMEA/APAC/APJ) payroll delivery with high accuracy.

What you'll do

• Consolidate payroll inputs required for payroll calculations.
• Reconcile payroll calculations with payroll allocations to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver payroll reports in requested formats.
• Activate payroll payments per organizational policies and procedures.
• Review payroll and related administration reports and address defects.
• Conduct quality analysis, including RCA and process improvement recommendations.
• Support governance, compliance, vendor monitoring, and stakeholder communications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–12 years of experience with EMEA/APAC/APJ payroll in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, statutory payroll, earnings/deduction codes, and GL mapping.
• Ability to handle multiple country payrolls with changing priorities.
• Preferred experience with Workday, NetSuite, and/or SQL/SAP-based payroll systems.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
