GenAI Engineer

Overview

GenAI Engineer to build production-ready GenAI features across the full stack, from model integration and prompt engineering to user interfaces for business planning workflows.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end GenAI features including backend API services, model integration, monitoring, evaluations, and deployments.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs for business planning use cases, including prompt engineering and RAG implementation.
• Build conversational interfaces and agentic workflows using natural language for planning tasks.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve quality using accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction metrics.
• Design and develop APIs that expose AI capabilities to the platform and third-party integrations.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and observability to track usage, errors, and model behavior.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on ML/AI systems.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Front-end proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG systems.
