General Ledger Accountant – India and EMEA

Overview

General Ledger Accountant role for EMEA and India accounting, focused on daily financial operations and month-end close.

What you'll do

• Independently handle month-end close for EMEA entities.
• Finalize accounts and support preparation of financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet, MIS, and bank reconciliations.
• Analyze trial balance and create adjusting entries.
• Coordinate interim and statutory audits with auditors and internal teams.
• Review invoices/expenses and process journal entries in the accounting system.

What you'll need

• Inter-CA qualification requirement.
• 5+ years of experience in R2R, entity controllership, or General Ledger Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Strong Outlook and MS Excel skills (Lookup, Pivots, basic formulas).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting compliances and direct/indirect taxes.

• Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East).
• Shift timings: 11AM to 8 PM.
• Open to candidates based in Mumbai only.
