General Virtual Assistant (PH)

Overview

Provide remote virtual assistance for e-commerce and procurement operations, including supplier information, purchasing, logistics, sales support, and data entry.

What you'll do

• Request, verify, and upload supplier pricing and promotional data.
• Identify unassigned SKUs and add sourcing partners to company systems.
• Audit supplier order confirmations against purchase orders.
• Track delivery schedules and update ETAs in WeClapp ERP.
• Obtain transport quotes and coordinate with carriers.
• Prepare commercial invoices and resolve shipping issues.
• Update product data and draft customer quotes or sales orders.

What you'll need

• 6 months to 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience.
• Completed Senior High School.
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work US work hours and a graveyard shift.
• Computer, webcam, headset, and specified internet connections.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or procurement.

• Remote and 100% work-from-home.
• Location: Manila, Philippines.
• Schedule: 20–40 hours per week during US work hours.
• Salary: P25,000–P30,000 per month.
