Overview

Freelance contract role as a senior Geospatial Reasoning Specialist, helping develop and evaluate a geospatial reasoning AI agent focused on Crisis Response.

What you'll do

• Review geospatial scenarios and validate AI-generated model outputs.
• Identify analytical weaknesses in model outputs.
• Design metrics and test cases that advance model understanding and predictive accuracy.
• Define and refine reasoning frameworks.
• Collaborate with the team to improve data-driven evaluations.

What you'll need

• Deep experience in geospatial analysis, crisis response, or a related domain such as damage assessment, agriculture, site selection, supply chain optimization, or forecasting.
• Professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS systems, or spatial modeling within industries such as crisis management, logistics, or environmental planning.
• Strong reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex spatial relationships clearly.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with geospatial tools and libraries (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, PostGIS).
