Global Compensation Analyst SR

Overview

Senior Global Compensation Analyst SR responsible for day-to-day management of global compensation programs for US and India employees, ensuring alignment with legal compliance and compensation standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluate job positions and determine classifications, exempt/non-exempt status, and salary ranges using market data and internal equity.
• Prepare and manage job architecture documents and salary ranges in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Plan, develop, and communicate compensation policies and procedures, including salary structures and variable pay.
• Advise management and employees on compensation-related issues such as salary complaints and promotions.
• Prepare reports on job analysis, compensation analysis, and organizational structures using statistical methods.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations affecting compensation to ensure compliance and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in compensation management in US and India.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Experience preparing compensation statements and agreements.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or Rippling.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification must.
