Global Head - Studio & Resourcing Operations

Overview

Global Head for Studio & Resourcing Operations responsible for capacity/talent planning, capacity management outcomes, and departmental KPIs.

What you'll do

• Define and implement best-practice capacity planning vision, strategy, and processes.
• Set vision, process, and delivery plan for capacity management with OKRs and milestone targets.
• Ensure sufficient capacity and the right skillset to meet client volume demands.
• Own global capacity planning, monitoring capacity vs targets, and addressing shortfalls and incidents.
• Embed data-driven decision-making and refine tools/processes for improved forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Build and expand a global contingency resource pool for flex demands.
• Manage, coach, and develop a global team and set departmental objectives/KPIs.

What you'll need

• Proven management skills to optimize team performance and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong numeracy, statistical, and reporting skills to analyze trends and data.
• Significant experience in a capacity planning role within the advertising/marketing environment.
• Significant experience building capacity/forecasting models and plans for complex analysis.
• Strong experience managing a global team/business/operations.
• Proven people management skillset.

Nice to have

• Multi-market experience.
• Basic understanding and genuine interest in AI technologies.
