Global Mobility Coordinator

Overview

Global Mobility Coordinator responsible for end-to-end business travel compliance, entity transfers, and operational support for employee mobility programs across borders.

What you'll do

• Own business travel compliance cases end to end, including business visas, PWD, and Social Security registration.
• Prepare and validate documentation for business travel and handle novel, precedent-free case patterns.
• Support employees through relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements.
• Execute entity transfers between Anthropic legal entities end to end.
• Serve as the first line for global mobility questions and escalate novel issues to your manager.
• Manage provider commitments and take on project work as mobility programs grow.

What you'll need

• Experience working in global mobility.
• Personal ownership of cases, with the ability to walk through a case.
• Responsiveness and the ability to close loops before others must chase.
• Ability to explain complicated processes simply and make visa processes legible in writing.
• Ability to identify repeatable improvements to speed up work.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is available, with efforts made if an offer is made.
