Overview
Technical Program Manager for Product, driving end-to-end programs that bring Anthropic’s AI capabilities to market through reliable, fast launches.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end program management for model and product launches.
- Coordinate research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnership teams for alignment.
- Partner with Research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and handle technical tradeoffs.
- Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with research teams to understand upcoming model capabilities and prepare launch plans.
- Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
- Create and maintain documentation including launch processes and decision logs.
What you'll need
- Several years of experience in technical program management.
- Deep technical knowledge to engage meaningfully with ML researchers and engineers.
- Experience managing programs with significant external dependencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong ability to translate between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and structure complex technical challenges.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence without authority.
