Global Partner Program Operations Specialist

Overview

The Global Partner Program Operations Specialist owns partner onboarding, portal infrastructure, data integrity, and operational support for Okta's partner ecosystem. The role provides fast, accurate support to partners and internal teams while removing operational friction and enabling partner self-service.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding from contract sign-off to full enablement.
• Drive data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring partner profiles, status, and agreement data remain accurate and complete.
• Partner with Finance and Partner Sales to execute due diligence and compliance checks.
• Manage partner agreements from submission through execution in DocuSign and Conga.
• Support distribution partners in onboarding reseller networks in compliance with program standards.
• Provide operational support on Slack and email regarding program structure and resources.
• Own user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers and guide partners through portal workflows, tools, and program documentation.
• Unblock partner access to learning systems and training and certification pathways.
• Champion portal adoption to drive self-service usage across the ecosystem.
• Resolve high-volume inbound operational requests covering onboarding, eligibility, agreement tracking, benefits, and compliance.
• Support Deal Registration operations by troubleshooting submission blockers.
• Issue Letters of Authorization promptly upon request.
• Safeguard partner data integrity across Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, PRM tools, and public partner locator directories.
• Assist with deal registration metrics, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations.
• Bias for action and ownership, including complete accountability for your queue and proactively solving root causes.
• Attention to detail and data mastery, including maintaining pristine data quality and identifying operational inconsistencies.
• Ability to navigate complex tools and cross-functional processes rapidly under tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills for unblocking internal cross-functional partners and external executives.
• Strong business judgment and integrity.
• Comfort navigating cross-functional matrixed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Salesforce (SFDC) and PRM platforms such as Impartner.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Conga / Apttus and DocuSign.
• Tableau or similar reporting/BI tools.
