Global Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Renewable Energy Category Performance

Overview

Global Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Renewable Energy Category Performance) providing program performance leadership for the Commercial category team's renewable energy sourcing work.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive global program performance leadership for the Commercial category team's renewable energy sourcing work.
• Develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards for a broad range of stakeholders, covering spend analytics, asset performance, trend analysis, location, etc.
• Develop foundational market assessments to inform Sourcing Strategy development and go-to-market approaches globally.
• Manage a broad range of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, including supplier mapping, financial health and network coverage, NDAs, etc.
• Maintain and disseminate regular global updates on renewable energy market trends.
• Act as the internal project/deal economics modeler, performing ad hoc analysis on deals to understand fundamental economics and financial risks, including building in varying assumptions and incorporating external data as needed.
• Source, develop internally, and maintain energy market price forecasts (internally developed and 3rd party sourced) and other fundamentals to support internal decision-making.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in renewable energy market research, analytics, and financial modelling.
• Experience working in a large, decentralized company.
• Global experience in energy markets.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (strong preference).
• International renewable energy experience (highly preferred).
