Overview
Develop and validate GPU graphics software, tools, automated tests and AI solutions across the product lifecycle, from pre-silicon emulation and simulation through post-silicon product launch. Work across hardware and software architecture, design, simulation, development and validation to deliver high-performing, scalable and power-efficient solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop complex test tools and automated tests for Kernel Mode drivers, Memory Managers, graphics virtualization and compute application automation at scale.
- Develop AI solutions and use modern GenAI technologies to implement advanced AI solutions for domain-specific content.
- Work on Intel software graphics, media and display driver solutions across client, server and embedded markets.
- Contribute across all phases of design, from pre-silicon emulation and simulation through post-silicon product launch.
- Address functionality, power, performance and debuggability.
- Work with OS Microsoft, BIOS, hardware, Customer Engineering and multiple Graphics Software teams.
- Work across hardware and software architecture, design, simulation, development and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of software development or validation experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of software development or validation experience.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, including C/C++, and/or scripting languages, including Python.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and scikit-learn.
- Experience defining validation strategy and test plans, developing automated tests and driving debug for issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs such as Claude, GPT and Opus, with proven ability to train these models for information retrieval and Agentic/Skill Workflow applications to design and deploy GPU Driver Validation test content.
- Strong experience with graphic drivers, GPU hardware and low-level GPU programming.
- Ability to understand Intel Graphics hardware and relevant specifications needed to develop and validate software.
- Experience working in systems hardware/software product development teams.
- Strong attention to technical details, data analysis, documentation, problem solving and influencing skills, along with ability to work with different geographical locations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire and ability to quickly learn and gain new knowledge.
Nice to have
- Experience in Kernel Mode driver development, power management, memory management, scheduler, virtualization and other components of Kernel Mode drivers, including operating system concepts.
- Strong development experience in C/C++/Python.
- Familiarity with customization techniques at any level of the RAG pipeline, such as model fine-tuning, retrieval re-ranking and hierarchical node parsing.
- Proven skills using AI/ML techniques with structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and PEFT, usage of pipelines, and techniques such as RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic and Skill-based workflows automation.
